Quebec Media Event and Tire Clinic

Dozens of motorists, many media, and numerous safety and environmental organizations took part in the launch of the Be Tire Smart campaign in Quebec. The day included the release of results from a recent tire inflation study and a free public tire clinic, where members of the media and public were invited to have their tire pressure measured. CAA-Quebec partnered with the Be Tire Smart team in order to ensure that the launch was a success; they distributed hundreds of brochures to their members and the public. The day was a hit with the media - the Montreal Gazette, Radio Canada, Le Soleil, and La Presse all covered the event. With the support of the Be Tire Smart partners, and the media, our tire inflation messages achieved over 8 million impressions among news consumers in Quebec.
